Pee Pee Inc, US based company, is a cross-border, real-time, on-demand matchmaking service that connects customers with independent photographers through digital technology. By using our platform, you acknowledge that Pee Pee does not provide photography services and is not responsible for the conduct, licensing, or legal compliance of photographers, which remain their sole responsibility under applicable local laws. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pee Pee platform.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Pee Pee (“PP”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Pee Pee is a cross-border, real-time, online, on-demand matchmaking platform that connects users seeking photography services (“Customers”) with independent photographers (“Photographers”).
By accessing or using the Pee Pee mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
Pee Pee does not provide photography services.
Pee Pee operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates introductions and real-time matching between Customers and independent Photographers.

Pee Pee is not an employer, agent, partner, joint venture, or representative of any Photographer.

All photography services are provided directly by Photographers, at their own discretion and responsibility.
3. Cross-Border & On-Demand Service Disclaimer
Pee Pee operates as a global, cross-border digital platform.
Matches may occur across different cities, regions, or countries.
Users acknowledge that:

Local laws, licensing requirements, tax obligations, and professional regulations vary by jurisdiction.

Pee Pee does not guarantee compliance with local laws on behalf of any Photographer or Customer.
4. Photographer Responsibilities
Photographers using the Platform acknowledge and agree that:

They operate as independent contractors.

They are solely responsible for:

Obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, registrations, visas, or permissions required under local laws.

Complying with all applicable local, regional, national, and international laws, including but not limited to labor laws, immigration laws, tax laws, and professional regulations.

Ensuring lawful conduct during all photography sessions.

Pee Pee does not require Photographers to hold any specific license, except as required by local law, and does not verify or enforce such compliance.
5. No Liability for Photographer Conduct
Pee Pee shall not be held liable for:

Any acts, omissions, misconduct, negligence, or illegal activity by Photographers.

Any failure by Photographers to comply with local laws or regulations.

Any disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising between Customers and Photographers.
All engagements occur at the sole risk of the Customer and Photographer.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers acknowledge that:

They independently engage Photographers at their own discretion.

Pee Pee does not vet, guarantee, or endorse any Photographer’s services, skills, or legal compliance.

Any agreements, expectations, or deliverables are solely between the Customer and Photographer.
7. Payments & Fees

Pee Pee may facilitate payments through third-party payment processors.

Pee Pee is not responsible for payment disputes between Customers and Photographers, except as explicitly stated within the Platform’s payment policies.

Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the Photographer unless otherwise required by law.
8. No Warranty
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Pee Pee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Availability of Photographers

Quality of photography services

Legal compliance of users

Accuracy or reliability of any content on the Platform
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pee Pee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunities.
Pee Pee’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid to Pee Pee in the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pee Pee, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination
Pee Pee reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
